This course is designed for teens and young adults who are facing challenges such as low self-esteem, school failures, depression, and communication issues. It's also geared towards parents seeking effective ways to support and mentor their children through these challenges. The course provides a structured approach to mentoring, offering a safe, non-judgmental space for self-reflection and growth, and empowers participants to find success within themselves.
The Mentor's Credo is a set of guiding principles for you as mentor, that will help you put on the “mentor’s hat” from time to time, allowing you to see your child from a new perspective and help them rise above their challenges the same way we do when we professionally mentor young adults.
The course aims to bring back the role of mentors in guiding young adults towards success by the knowledge that within every person is the seed for greatness. When we use a non-judgmental mentoring system to help them find their greatness and not get stuck by the breadcrumbs of challenges, we empower them to find life-long success and grow from the knocks life gives us.
